Understanding the ultimate Cyclebar Experience!

Happy Monday my fellow fitness lovers,

Today, I wanted to discuss the different classes that Cyclebar has to offer. I know I have talked about themed rides in previous posts but that is not all what Cyclebar has to offer. There are a total of 6 different types of classes you could do. The first one is the “Classic ride”. They describe this ride having something for everyone. The classic ride includes a awesome mix of strength, endurance, challenges, hills, and drills. This is what you will most likely see the most when you sign up for a ride! The next ride is the “Connect ride.” If you want to try out Cyclebar, I recommend doing a connect ride your first time. This ride, there are NO numbers. They transform the studio into a sanctuary by turning off the monitors and tuning into the beats. The focus of this ride is focusing on the music and the feeling of the beats. I 100% RECOMMEND in taking a Connect ride. You will understand why it’s important to focus in on the music and not on your monitor. If you are a numbers person ( like me) it will take a few connect rides to fully connect to the music and not to worry what you are performing on your monitor. This is one of the reasons why I love Cyclebar, because its not about being number 1 on the screen, its about bringing your best self every single ride and feeling like you accomplished something! 

The next ride is the “Performance ride.” I actually haven’t taken a performance ride yet in my Cyclebar journey. However, I am taking one next week! I will let you all know how that goes. Anyways, they describe this type of ride that  motivates you with CycleStats technology, group challenges, and rider competitions. From what I am getting from this, is that its about competition? I’ll let you all know after I do one! Lastly, the other rides include a private ride where you book the entire studio for a private event for your team, company or friends. CycleGives rides are where companies, groups, and families ride to help raise proceeds that benefit a cause. The very last one are themed rides! You all know about those already! They are one of a kind rides that relate to a holiday or celebration aka PARTY!
