“holy shit...” some of that hard edge melted away as quinn squinted at her own reflection in the mirror, a grin coloring her features. “i don’t think i’ve ever seen myself with lipstick on. i look— ... i dunno how you can wear this stuff everyday. i feel like a clown.”

“ta-da!” the grin spread across his face is nearly blinding as he holds the wriggling cat up to the other, only for his expression to falter. “w-what? it’s not? but— they look the same? is this not an orange cat?”

a closed starter for @classroster​ featuring angel. 

angel is nothing but upfront, she liked to think of it as a trait that attracted people to her. it had seemed to work so far. they’d been on a few dates now and after finally getting them back to her place she was keen to see where it might go. if they were interested, that is. “listen, i’ve wanted to get you in bed since you first smiled at me, but we don’t have to do this unless you’re sure.”

His eyes flit up to the sky as he gulps down on his water bottle, not letting his gaze linger on their body that is clad only in a swim suit. Sweat trails down his temples, the scorching sun mocking him as heat travels throughout his body. “So the pool’s all ready to go...” Bryson’s voice trails as he makes the announcement. “How often do you want me to swing by for maintenance throughout the summer? We recommend weekly services, but I can work with whatever your schedule is...” He knows that not every home owner is comfortable with him swinging by their place when they aren’t home, even though it certainly makes his life easier when he doesn’t have any distractions hanging around.
