Ingredients: 12 mini brioche buns. 6 slices of prosciutto. 6 slices of salami. 6 slices of smoked turkey. 6 slices of cheddar cheese. 6 slices of Swiss cheese. 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes. 1/2 cup of mini dill pickles. 1/4 cup of whole grain mustard. 1/4 cup of honey. 1/4 cup of arugula leaves. Toothpicks for assembly.
Instructions: Cut the mini brioche buns in half across the middle. Use a little whole grain mustard to cover the bottom half of each bun. The smoked turkey, prosciutto, salami, cheddar cheese, and Swiss cheese should be stacked on top of the mustard. To finish the sandwich, put the top half of a brioche bun on top of each slider. To keep each mini slider together, stick a toothpick through it. Put the sliders on a platter to serve. Add honey and whole grain mustard to a small bowl. Mix them together to make a dipping sauce. Sprinkle the mini dill pickles and cherry tomatoes around the sliders to make them look nice. Add some fresh arugula leaves to the platter to make it look even better. Cut up the Mini Brioche Sliders and serve them with the honey-mustard dipping sauce.
