-Since it’s Libra season, I want to share that with Libra being Saturn’s exaltation, yes it makes sense that Libras are conscious about compromise and balance because Saturn is as well. Saturnian folks may have at an early age been at a position to where they had to sacrifice and compromise. And there had to be a balance of everyone’s will vs. theirs. And we see that with Libras as well. ⚖️♎️

-With that being said, Libras are not people pleasers like y’all put them to be because I’ve noticed with my Libra peers the times they do put themselves first people act as if they committed a crime. And being naturally ruled by Venus, they don’t wanna argue as to why they put themselves first. And you don’t have to Libra. Take care of yourself and fuck the rest of em ☺️😘

-Take it from someone who has grew up with multiple Capricorns around her. Capricorns either have the best or worst sense of time. I know one of my Capricorn mentors was very strict and punctual. Yet, my Capricorn father is always late and does stuff last minute. Not to throw my papa under the bus because I have another Capricorn friend who is always late as well. I’m gonna study more about this. 🤔👍🏾

-Speaking of time management, I think Mars-Saturn may have a hard time with time management. Or at least judging when is the right time to do things, esp if it is a harder aspect (Conjunct, quincunx, opposition, or square). These two planets are like hot and cold (pun intended lol). One wants to do it now, the other later. One wants to jump in, the other wants to contemplate. 🙃

-If you’re someone who is deeply spiritual but have been feeling disconnected, look to your 9H and/or the ruling planet and it’s house placement on how to get back aligned. This is just a theory, but let’s take an example. Lately, I’ve been feeling disconnected because of life. Yet, when I started feeling connected again is usually when I stay with my family, cook, clean, and clean my altar while at home. My home and lineage is deeply connected to my spirituality. My 9H is in the sign of Leo, and the Sun is in Pisces in my 4H! My spirituality (Pisces) is deeply tied to my family and private life (4th house). Very interesting when I thought about it. 🤯🧘🏾‍♀️

-I already mentioned this earlier, but I honestly think Mercury-Saturn aspects have to have some sense of structure everyday of else things may not go well for the day. It’s the sense of stability and knowing what to accomplish for the day is what keeps us calm. 🤣😫

-Pisces placements repeat after me: it’s okay, I don’t have to feel bad for not saving people who couldn’t be saved. It’s not my fault. It’s okay to let it go. 🥲🥹

-I do think after some reflection that the 1H may be more about how you observe the world around you while the 10H is how others think you observe the world. This may even go for your progressed chart as well🤔

-Wanna know what you’re supposed to be learning yet don’t feel like it ties into your NN? Check your progressed NN and the house it’s in + the aspects.

-Sagittarius placements may get the rep for being teachers and preachers as they get their ideas to the masses, but I feel like Aquarius are the teachers whose impact stands. Especially with people ostracizing Aqua placements, just for those same shunned ideas to be utilized years later. Aquarius placements are the true social teachers. Their ideas really do change the world. Princess Diana is the first example that comes to mind too. ♒️

-Mars and Pluto placements will get they lick back. Right, wrong, or indifferent these placements can’t really go to sleep knowing they let things slide. Whether they do it loud (Aries) or quite (Scorpio), they’re gonna get that lick back. Revenge is their healing ointment. 🤣🤣🤣 (I’m jk, or am I ? 🤔)

The Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio is Shaking Things Up

Hey yall!

For the first time since my busy 2H profection year, I feel the need to make a post about a significant astrological transit! I wanted to touch on this upcoming Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio on May 5th, 2023 at approx. 12:34pm CDT (my local time zone).  I was looking at the transits that day and woah! One thing I have noticed about significant transits in fixed signs (like most of the last year with Saturn in Aquarius for example) that we tend to feel it more, and see it more. I guess that aligns with the fixed signs need for tangibility. Anyway, with this post, I will discuss some things I have seen take place that I feel like will be stake hold during this eclipse season. 

But first things first, here are what the planets are doing during this time. 

We can see that the moon will be in opposition to the Mercury rx during this time. Now, Mercury rules commerce and trade, and with it being in the sign of Taurus(rules economic and finances) we have seen a slew of businesses closing down here in the US. Tuesday Morning & Bed Bath & Beyond are just two recent examples. Mind you this moon is also in opposition to this Taurus Uranus, so it’s no surprise to see this happening to businesses and other financial aspects in our lives. Another thing about Scorpio energy, it purifies. And Uranus rectifies. 

So, during this transit, this is going to be a time where some things may unexpectedly end, but this may be for the best and because it wasn’t meant to last the test of time. 

Speaking of not lasting, during this transit, do not be surprised if you revisit your views on what makes you feel comfortable, stable, and whole. Despite the fact that this Scorpio Moon will be ruled by Mars in Cancer (A weakened Mars), I personally do not view this Mars in Cancer as weak. A Mars in Cancer shows aggression towards not feeling safe or valued, and with this Mars in trine to this Moon, there may be a more aggressive stance on following our intuition and speaking up about what we don’t like. If we don’t like it, we don’t want it. And that is okay. We can even see it with the recent writer’s strike in the US (especially with Mercury rx in the mix). There is no point in showing remorse to the people or things out to hurt us, and that is what Scorpio is about. Especially since the Scorpio will be in the 4th house during this time (our instincts and what makes us feel safe). 

And since the Moon will be in trine to Saturn during this time as well, there may be a pull to things more conservative and stable for us. Less is more, and get rid of the stuff that is not in our favor.

So, if you wanted to end that relationship, look for another job, reassess what you believe in, now is the time to do it. What do you think?

Jupiter in Taurus: I Believe Therefore I Can & Will 🐂🌺

I hope you all are having a great start to the Jupiter in Taurus transit. Since this transit will last us a year, I definitely want to give my thoughts on what we generally may see with this transit. With Jupiter in Aries I noticed alot of people we’re unafraid to speak what they believe in and go for the things they wanted, and didn’t feel the need to ask permission “manifest” the changes they wanted to see. I feel like Jupiter in Taurus will be the same, but of course Venus likes to take the more soft, diplomatic approach, but that does not equate to the fact nothing will get done. Taurus is a fixed sign after all, and what Taurus likes it will try to get. 

I do want to point out we may see a boom in the interest of how food ties into our community, our culture, our background. It’s just something I have noticed since I subscribe to alot of food content on YouTube. 

We also may want to look at things from a simplicity type of perspective. It’s interesting how Jupiter loves to expand, but Taurus is someone who likes to stay steady and keep things simple. Less is more type of aura. So that may be the main focus of this transit is how can we expand in our lives to make sure we are steady and comfortable. Nothing more nothing less. Taurus loves their material comforts, so overindulgence in those material comforts can be something we notice too during this transit. Just make sure not to waste all your money on things you know you don’t really need. You still got bills to pay. 

Another thing I think will surface is that this is the time to really solidify your belief system. What you believe in and what you value could change, and that’s okay, or the change you wanted to make and may not have stuck to, may stick this transit thanks to the fixed nature of Jupiter.

Mercury: The Power of Language

This is a post about my thoughts I had on Mercury. So if you are Mercury dominant, have Mercury as your chart ruler, or just alot of Gemini or Virgo in your chart, this post is for you!

As we know, Mercury is the planet that rules communication and rationale. Yet, I was thinking to myself these past few days about how powerful a Mercurial person can be. Mercury is the planet that is calculative, quick-witted, and adaptable thanks to the neutral, mutable energy it gives off. We may not tend to give much thought of how Mercury can use that to its advantage. Ideas and rationale usually turn into beliefs (that's where it's complement, Jupiter, comes in). The best way to understand Mercury's power is when we look at it through a historical & literary lens. The most common example is the news we watch. We know the news we consume is meant to be unbiased, impartial, and "factual." Of course nowadays (at least in the US) there is a split between what news people watch (CNN vs. Fox). With this in mind many look to the news of course for official correspondence, without a second thought most times. Yet, there are those who may be skeptical and think twice, but for the majority the news is taken at face value. As a result, the ideas we see and hear of almost daily slowly program themselves into our minds.

A specific example in recent times was the beginning of the COVID pandemic. As we know the ideas and news around this pandemic was everchanging, therefore the only ideas the public could go on was the fact that there had to be a lockdown. Now where Mercury comes in is the fact the way this communication was presented may have caused some panic and caused people in the US to panic stock, but maybe if delivered in a different manner the result may have been different. This is not to say that the news outlet should have done it a different way, but this is to show how tonal and delicate Mercury's powers are. It's quite exciting!

And what's also interesting to me about Mercury is how language and communication is a form of power. To know how to communicate, rationalize, and be quick to apply in everyday situations is a powerful skill. Without communication, where would we be? It reminds me of that saying, "It's not what you say, but how you say it." Yet, to me Mercury is skillful at what to say and how to say it at the right time. This is why people with well conditioned Mercury placements can make great public figures, businessmen/women, writers, speakers, and scientists. To know how to use communication to your benefit or the world's benefit is a superpower I think we underestimate. So alas, here are my two cents! Let me know what you think. Courage the Cowardly Dog: A Short Delineation 😫🫣🙃✨

-Hey yall!

-It's been a while since I did this, but since it's almost Halloween and I've had this idea on my mind for a while, I wanted to do a short delineation on one of the most terrifying, but popular cartoon shows from Cartoon Network in the late 1990s: Courage the Cowardly Dog! I don't know about yall, but I've always wondered how in the hell this show was suitable for children, but looking at the chart of the premiere, I see why! So let's look at it! You may vividly remember this show, Pluto in Sagittarius people, as this show ran from Nov. 1999-Nov. 2002.

-Note: I may add onto this interpretation later. These are just my thoughts, as I am not a professional astrologer. I am welcome to respectful commentary on this post of your thoughts!

-So here's the chart I referenced. I located the premiere happening of course at Cartoon Network Studios in 1999, but I set the time to 5pm as the time it premiere for me (from what I remember) was usually 7pm CST. And CST is two hours ahead of PST. Anyway, here's the casted chart.

Here is what I have noted from this chart!

- The ruler of the AC(Venus) lies in the 5H, which makes sense as to why this was a show directed towards children. We also see it was directed to children as the ruler of the 5H (Mercury) lies in rx on the DC (other people) in the sign of Scorpio in the 7H. I do think personally with the ruler of the 5H being in rx on the DC, Cartoon Network definitely gave it more thought before letting it air as a children's show. As I read, there was a short (prototype if you will) that aired in February 1996 titled "The Chicken from Outer Space", but the actual show didn't premiere its first episode until November 1999.

-Even the MC (reputation) is in close trine to the AC ruler! How interesting is that! Meaning it definitely was going to be popular due to how out the box it was in comparison to other shows at the time! Also, with the 4H North Node in Leo trine the 7H Pluto in Sagittarius, speaks to the show being a household name due to the disturbing (Pluto) direction it went towards. Especially since the 4H talks about our subconscious, how in the fuck that show accessed  our deepest fears among the audience is beyond me. 😬🙃😟

-Back to the aforementioned point, I think with the ruler of the AC being in domicile in the 5H and in close trine to the MC, it says to me that while this show was scary as hell, Cartoon Network thought of it to still be okay enough to air on TV…?  Once again, with Mercury being in rx, there had to be a lot of revising for this to happen I think. 🤔

- I do feel like the Sun-AC opposition is the reason behind there was so many mixed reactions to this show. The Scorpio Sun definitely speaks to the fact this show may have become popular due to the horror elements the show had, but in opposition to the AC highlights the horror element in a children's show on a children's network threw people for a loop (especially as the Sun was in square to the 10H Uranus in Aquarius). Yet, since it we are talking about oppositions, the producers made it work to not only it stayed on the network, but it's one of the most popular cartoons of the 1990s. I'm still even confused by that til this day. Shoutout to John Dilworth for making such a unique cartoon!

-I feel this mixed reaction yet fortifying popularity for years to come (in our generation) is reinforced by the Uranus in the 10H in Aquarius in square to the Scorpio Sun conjunct the DC & sextile to Pluto in Sagittarius in 7H. A lot of outer planet action going on (outer planets usually represent a generational effect). This show was definitely odd and different from other cartoons that were out during the time (like the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Ed Edd n Eddy, etc). Moreover, the Uranus sextile to the 7H Pluto gave a terrifying shock factor to the people (7H) (mainly the Pluto in Sagittarius generation) who were watching it. Despite the main audience being younger at the time, I remember after watching Courage the Cowardly Dog I would say to myself "What the entire fuck is going on in this show?" And would go to bed pretty disturbed some nights. So I did avoid watching this show at night lol. 😬

- Yet, I did feel like this shock, horror, and strange characters/plots could have also added to its popularity (Sun). Scorpio Sun energy gains popularity from mystery and fear that we can not look away from. 🫣

- Moreover, the Uranus' (ruler of the MC) square to the 12H Saturn in Taurus can also add to why Courage the Cowardly Dog is so popular after years to come. I've noticed that squares to Saturn can indicate a bonding effect, meaning something will become long term. Courage the Cowardly Dog, despite how terrifying/weird it was to us, was still airing even up until now with Cartoon Network's 30 year anniversary on the Cartoon Network Channel! 

- With the moon in Capricorn in the 9H in exact trine to Saturn in Taurus in the 12H, this show, compared to the other cartoons, did seem to give off a more dark, heavy energy. It did not feel as lighthearted compared to Billy and Mandy or Dexter's Laboratory. It's not the show that made you laugh that much (at least to me). We really just watched it for the horror and the life scars. 😔🙃

and if i may: what do you think about someone with a 9 house stellium who always struggles with tapping into their spirituality and finding a practice that fits? i couldnt find a way to apply your text post to myself because of how filled that house is lol. gemini sun and moon, taurus moon and mercury all in 9th house. venus in eight in aries too. thats 8th house seems like a big reason why i might struggle with my spirituality. though idk about the meaning of the aries placement. i just have a hard time finding practice that fits or feels genuine

I do think it’s hard for a 9th house stellium to find a practice that fits because this house is about exploration. And since this house is mainly associated with Jupiter, Jupiter is also about expanding on things and finding other places when we get bored. And definitely since you have Gemini placements in the 9th house, this is even more restlessness in terms of what your spiritual practice may look like because Gemini energy is mutable and likes new ideas at a quick pace!

As for the 8th house placement, I think it’s a good placement to find what comes to you instinctively when it comes to your spiritual needs as this house is a glance into not only our spirituality but our spirituality in our most raw, psychological, human form. I think the 9th house is how we actually apply those instincts in the form of values, beliefs and philosophies. I would go with the flow and take time to notice what you gravitate to spiritually. And with the Taurus moon and Mercury (idk if it’s aspecting) find a practices that makes you feel stable and comfortable. I wouldn’t pressure it neither, you’ll definitely find something!

Jupiter and Neptune are both in its dignified signs of Pisces. I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve been feeling this energy. Let’s talk about the general idea of what this transit means, yet do remember to tailor your personal effect to what/where this conjunction is doing in your own natal chart or progressed chart!

When it comes to these two planets one word comes into mind: idealism. Jupiter loves to find idealism in its higher ideas and wants to apply them, yet it may fail due to lack of detail, yet the idealism is still unwavering. Neptune is also this way, but it is also very soulful with their idealism as well. And to wrap it all up it is in the sign of Pisces, the sign of surrender, altruism, and romanticism.

Meaning, with this conjunction (esp in trine to the 22° Scorpio SN) don’t fight it. Honestly. It reminds me of the tides of the oceans. The only thing that can control the tides is nature itself. Pisces is also about dissolution. There’s only so much you can do, but what will dissolve, will. I know that sounds dramatic 🤣 but understand this energy.

This is the soulful, romantic energy of one being in their own abstract world. During this transit (depending on where it’s happening in your chart) you may feel more abstract about the reality of certain parts of your life. You may even feel your own soul more heavily. As if your intuition is overpowering you at times. You may even feel as if you can take on the world and change it at your whim, and surprisingly enough thanks to Jupiter’s stubborn optimism, you probably can 🤷🏾‍♀️. No point in letting anyone tell you how YOUR reality should be right? Remember, these two planets want to reach for idealism and want to see it manifest. Just remember with manifestation comes planning. Yet, if you feel like your soul is calling you to change something, don’t ignore it. Also, don’t try to shove your idea of “utopia” down other’s throat. Yes your beliefs are valid for YOUR reality. Yet, let that be enough to change your world, not anyone else’s if there is no harm being done to you or others.
