Bit the bullet and applied to a beauty therapy course. It's been my passion for years but my family encouraged me to study things I wasn't interested in at all. But I have the confidence now in my late twenties to just do what I want instead of wasting my life doing what my parents think I should do.

The school I applied to has some areas of beauty I'm interested in that aren't widely known over here, like Ayurveda, which I'm especially interested in!
