I’m gonna post a whole list of Claudia Phantomhive Headcanons, hope you like them!
Growing up, she had immense pressure from her father to be an ideal Phantomhive head as her parents were unable to have a son.
Her father hated the fact that the next Queen’s Watchdog was to be a woman.
She constantly tried to win her father’s favour, to no avail.
She was loved by her grandmother, but she died when Claudia was 8.
She affectionately called her grandmother “Gramma” to her parents’ dismay.
She would vent to her maid, Elena. She had a close relationship with her and thought of her as an older sister.
She frequently visited her grandmother’s grave to talk to her.
She met Undertaker at her grandmother’s grave.
Undertaker would comfort the young Claudia when she ran away from home.
Undertaker tried to persuade Claudia to live happily and run away from her family, but she wouldn’t hear of it.
Being a worthy family head and a good Watchdog were the most important things in her life.
Cedric, Undertaker, her mother, Vincent and Francis were the most important people in her life.
She could make Undertaker laugh with a single joke from her teenage years onwards.
Undertaker was a frequent guest when she owned the manor, even when her children were born.
They loved to chase each other around the manor gardens.
As The Queen’s Watchdog, she was conniving, enigmatic, smart, witty and somewhat sadistic.
Phantomhive heirs keep their last name, regardless of gender, hence Earl and Countess Phantomhive.
She was closest to Cedric out of all of her friends growing up and confided many things in him.
She loved him with all her heart.
She had a huge argument with her parents before her wedding because she insisted on inviting Undertaker.
She taught him the norms and rules of high society alone.
She was talented at playing the piano.
Cedric and Undertaker would sing with her playing when they were all together.
The only two hobbies that her parents made her do that she enjoyed were playing the piano and fencing.
Her favourite flowers were purple Iris and white Lilac.
She always smelled slightly of Lilac, as she was calmed by the smell of crushed Lilac.
She taught Cedric and her children to fence too.
She would call the Aristocrats of Evil together once a month so that they could exchange information and play poker and billiards.
Very few people could defeat her in a poker match.
Claudia loved to collect expensive trinkets and tea sets from around the world.
She loved her children above all else.
She loved both of her parents unconditionally, no matter how her father treated her.
She had a loving and close relationship with her mother.
Call her “Claudy” and you’ll never be heard from again.
Undertaker called her “Little Mistress” when she was young.
She met Oliver when she was young and quite liked him.
She supported Undertaker after Oliver’s death and he did the same to her after her parents died.
She didn’t attend her father’s funeral but mourned for him alone after the service.
Her parents both died of natural causes.
She longed for a brother, even though her parents couldn’t have another child.
Undertaker and Claudia entered a relationship in 1850.
Cedric knew of Undertaker and Claudia’s relationship and was happy with Claudia having more than one partner.
Claudia was also Polyamorous.
Claudia, Cedric and Undertaker had a mutual relationship from 1852 onwards and raised Vincent and Francis together.
The triad were unofficially married by Tanaka in 1858 in a small ceremony in the manor gardens with a few close friends and Cedric and Claudia’s families in attendance.
She used to garden frequently and kept a bed of tulips that was kept after her death.
