Is it a satyr? Why in Skyrim... no, it doesn't have the right legs. But horns--? Well, it doesn't matter. Satyrs are eatable, and people are eatable, and Nalimir could boil horn for a new bow if he stayed here long enough, but he wouldn't, so carvings instead, maybe.
He was taller than the not-satyr. That was new.
