Why doesn't Draculaura reach out to Valentine?
- I believe Draculaura has never reached out to Valentine... because phones and other modern tools of communication had not been invented yet! When Draculaura's carriage left that town so did any attempt to ever speaking to him again. (Unless she wanted to use Count Fabulous as a carrier bat lol!) I assume they knew that both were still alive because Vampire Lifespan Logic but when they parted ways it was probably a "well I have no idea where they are anymore". In the movie Draculaura explains she had to flee due to a misunderstanding with the locals, most likely she was told not to disclose the next location (if she even knew it) they were going to for the sake of their safety and starting a new life.
- Toralei manages to track down Valentine in a matter of seconds
Social. Media. (or even word of mouth!) A playboy that prides himself on broken hearts would be easy to find on any social media platform, Valentine would be no exception. I strongly believe he would be openly advertising himself on his chosen platforms and would be very active and responsive. Finding more victims for himself and of course, making himself an easy target for Toralei. He is probably infamous on each said platform with thousands of followers and regularly posts. Though, with MH Vampire Reflection Logic there are probably no photos of him to confirm his identity which makes it even more convincing that Draculaura wouldn't have been able to find him again. How would she know it was really him and why would she put in that much effort to confirm? Toralei's petty self definitely would and I think she did during the events of WDGFIL.
- How did Valentine change schools so quickly ?
Honestly this is just a plot hole that no Monster High movie has bothered to explain. It happens in multiple movies so good catch but I cant think of a plausible canon reason lmao. My only idea is that Valentine's overbearing mum would go to any lengths to keep her son happy (and continue his heartbreaking reign of terror,,, if she's in on it!) But to answer the real questions about the formalities of transferring a school and paperwork necessary yeah I got nothing

this one is for jokes so my answer is yes. Maybe they got lost in the catacombs? or yes they did indeed walk that slow
