@clawedvenom for Mary Tudor !
For all those who may think it, women were not idiots - especially Isabella, Princess of Verona. She knew full well her brother's request that she deal with the little politics that they shared with the English Monarchy had been a tactic to keep her from the danger of Verona's shaky civil war. English society is not something she has dealt with much before, it holds a certain...charm, to it. As do the decorations of the palace.
The sound of footsteps have Isabella looking to the doorway, having been set away in a room where she had been made to wait for her host. Offered a smile and bowed her head briefly as a greeting before lifting her head up once again.
"My lady, you do me the honour of coming so soon - your home is beautiful, truly. The tapestry is a favourite of mine.”
