All I'm saying is Harm leaves his job to go after Sarah with the assumption that he will get his job back after he returns if he asks nicely (okay okay he's risking his life but get in line everyone on this mission is risking their life). Clayton Webb, after enduring torture to keep Sarah from getting hurt, lays his beaten bloody head on her shoulder and proclaims "I wish I could die for both of us" and you're telling me that's NOT the relationship I'm supposed to lose my mind over?!!?
