@cldserpent liked for an adult adam starter
“Hey, Daddykins.” There was little, if any, sarcasm detectable in his voice because Crowley was quite genuinely his Dad, unlike Zira.. Zira had only ever been Zira, or Most Holy Father, if Adam wanted to be annoying or drive home a point; most commonly he was Pa, but never actually Dad. Which was ironic because out of the two, Zira was most definitely a Dad. Somehow Adam just couldn’t say it out loud to his face. It always ended in sniggering.
Adam drew up a kitchen chair to where Crowley was perched on the couch, and sat down on it backwards. Now that he was perfectly positioned for some Edgy Backwards Chair Sitting, he felt as cool as only a twenty-one-year-old could. “D’you know what day it is today?”
It’s the third anniversary of my getting my driving license.
He barely suppressed a grin; it escaped him as a twitch at the corner of his mouth.
“He is insane! What sort of man owns a bookshop and DOESN’T SELL BOOKS!” flynn yelled leaving the bookshop in a huff. Finally he had found it, a book that most had thought had been lost for centuries, but there it was -- in a little London bookshop, but that owner refused to sell it to him, saying it was reserved. But he knows it isn’t (he may or may not have stolen the lodger when the blonde was distracted and taken a peek).
Seeing a man staring at him, Flynn raised an eyebrow. “What? Never had a book stolen from you? The one decent book on demons and he is hoarding it! Hoarding it! What is he a dragon?” oh, he turned and looked back at the shop, considering that possibility, it would explain a lot. But no, he didn’t show any of the signs associated with dragons taking a human form.

‘ i don’t believe hell is something as simple as some pit of fire beneath our very feet. it has to be more complex than that. perhaps this is hell. perhaps earth is the thing that we all FEAR THE MOST. ‘

@cldserpent wants some demon time!
‘ . . . don’t see why they can’t just hire a JANITOR. ‘
aziraphale --- perhaps he should go by something else, now, but he rather likes his name --- has been Fallen for three months and ten days. in that time, he has gotten blind drunk, cried over a goose that was the perfect shade of grey, and taken a guided tour of hell while listening to an audiobook of dante’s inferno. currently, he’s EXTREMELY tetchy, and trying to figure out how to turn off the bentley’s radio, which is still playing bohemian rhapsody.
‘ really, with all the mess down there, and the queues! it smells, crowley! i certainly won’t be working there anytime soon, i can tell you that. what in heaven’s --- well, WHAT ON EARTH do you do all day without any prayers to answer? ‘
@cldserpent (from here):
"I still can’t believe it’s the 21st century and you’re only getting fond of baths NOW! You really needed more than six thousand years to decide that?“
“Well, if that’s your reaction, I won’t ask you to join me.”
