Here's my recipe 💚 ingredients are: 1 can Garbanzo beans (50% less sodium), 1 whole Avacado, 1/2 cup Cilantro, 2 TBLS Olive oil, 1/2 cup Water, 2 garlic cloves (I chose 2 because I L😍VE garlic), pinch of Sea salt, pinch of Black pepper 💚 Toss it all in a blender, whip it up until smooth & add it into an air seal tight container, add a dash of Chili pepper for spice & store in the fridge!
