Today is International Coastal Cleanup Day!
Tons of our trash flows into our ocean, waterways, and Great Lakes every year. As we all focus on staying safe and healthy, we are asking ocean lovers everywhere to do an individual, family, or small-scale, socially distant cleanup in your community, when and where it is safe.
Check out this story by NOAA’s Marine Debris Program to learn how you can get involved this year: https://blog.marinedebris.noaa.gov/together-apart-2020-international-coastal-cleanup (Photo: NOAA.
