Morning coffee yums :) ☕️Ghee (1 teaspoon) ☕️Vanilla stevia (as many drops as desired) ☕️Butter pecan creamer (1 tablespoon) ☕️Starbucks toffee nut k cup ☕️Cinnamon ☕️Collagen ☕️A dab of unsweetened vanilla cashew milk (not shown) Fun fact: I was Keto for a little bit back in the day seeing as I knew that my body utilized fats more than carbs ( got tested in my exercise physiology class and it was proven that I do in fact utilize fats percentage wise more than I do carbohydrates). Long story short it was not effective for weight lifting because glycogen is an absolute necessity in regards to what I do (heavy/intense lifting) However I used to make these similar Keto coffees and they were bomb even if you do it with decaf it still gives you loads of energy!
