My 5yr old son (who is on the spectrum) still wakes up asking if he’s going to school today and gets upset when he realizes he’s not 😩 so we’ve made it a part of our #morningroutine to emulate what he was doing in his classroom (quick email to his teacher was all it took to get all the details). I made a schedule for our days including meals, snacks, activities, + chill time and put in our fridge so he can see it, and it’s helped tremendously📚 Whether you have kids, a full house, a partner, or just yourself - be sure to make a new routine for yourself. Staying in your pajamas all day is fun for a minute, but quickly gets icky 😅 make a schedule or todo list for yourself, it’s that lil feeling of accomplishment marking a task off the list that does it for me 😆 I hope all of my magickal friends are staying safe and healthy.
