Attempted to play through Nanotale...

I love typing games but they're usually very 'on the rails'. This being an exploratory adventure was very nice and the whole aesthetic was charming and, in general, i had a great experience.

Unfortunately, I am unable to finish the game as a bug is softlocking the final level for me and no matter how many times I restart, repair files... I just cannot get past the encounter, which is pivotal for reach the end boss.

So... unfortunately, this has to go into the 'broken' pile for now.

Just finished playing Marvel's Spider-man (Remastered) on PC...

And boy what a lot of fun! I was concerned, given some of my handicaps, I'd really struggle with the web-swinging and combat but, honestly? aside from some minor hiccups, the mechanics are smooth and well designed. It wasn't overwhelming at all.

Has also one of the funnest approach to 'side missions' in an open-world setting I've ever encountered. Doing all the side stuff felt natural to the ebb-and-flow of New York, seeing iconic Marvel locations in the city and there was a reason to swing everywhere instead of fast-traveling once the map opened up.

Gonna pick up the 2nd game when it's on a good discount... unsure if I'll pick up the Miles Morales 'in-between' cause I hear mixed things about it.
