The internet is huge, but there's a lot more to it then the tiny corner you know about. The internet is a much, much bigger place than you probably realise. You know about Facebook, Google, BBC iPlayer and Amazon, the list goes on. This tiny corner of the internet is probably where you have been your whole life and the Dark Web and the Deep Web loom in much shadier corners. Now the question arises, this shadier corner of the internet, where shady things happen with shady people under shades (okay that's enough), is it good or bad ?

To answer that, you have to know what the dark web is first. The dark web refers to the collection of websites exist on an encrypted network and that cannot be found by your regular browsers and search engines. Yep not everything can be googled. Notice ! The dark web is said to quite different from the deep web, although all of these terms tend to be used interchangeably (I will address that in another post).

Now, Is the dark web good or bad ? Well the answer is yes and no. Think of it like this ( a gun is a tool, it is good or bad depending on the intentions of the user) same with the dark web, let's say if you are looking to purchase a mystery box (you can find them on the dark web) or have a private game chat room with your friends then the dark is not used with illegal intentions, but then again, if you are looking to buy fake Ids or make money or hire a hitman (47 is real) I needn't say more. The dark web is neither good nor bad, it's all depends on you. The dark web can be accessed using Tor encryption tool, I2P. Be cautious, Stick to the clear net (tiny area)
