Remember the Disaster Roommate AU @inkystory and I discussed? The one where my Joey was a demon, his was a fairy and they both were bunking with his very human Henry? Well here’s some more stuff from the AU on my side.
Horseman of the Apocalypse Henry Stein, who disliked his role as a propagator of hatred and violence, so he sought to escape his duties as the embodiment of War to live a normal human life. He’s happily married to his wife and has two children, and is all too familiar with Joey’s shenanigans...
A trio of supernatural children consisting of Clementine Stein (Linda’s and Henry’s youngest daughter who is cursed with the sight of an oracle), Nathaniel “Nathan Junior” Arch (the firstborn son of wealthy businessman Nathan Arch, who died as a child in a fire started under “mysterious circumstances”), and Mimi (Joey’s Imp daughter who he rescued and took in as his own despite most demons of his type not really being fit to be parents).
Goatman Cryptid Sammy Lawrence, who was tricked by Joey into performing ritualistic sacrifice to acquire a better life for himself and those he held dear, that ultimately did not go according to plan on account that his victim actually survived, thus cursing him into becoming a flesh-eating monster isolated from the rest of the world. He wanders the woods in search of some sort of peace of mind, although this is difficult when he’s left with nothing but his own guilt and desire to get back at Joey...
Corrupt Fairy Jack Fain, once a friend and victim of Sammy’s, turned into a fairy and subsequently cursed by his circle for asking way too many questions. Unlike most fairies that have fallen out of grace with the higher ranking Fair-folk however, Jack actually serves a purpose. He’s a caretaker and healer of the woods and those who inhabit it. And, although a bit slow, he’s quite strong and resilient!
Elder Deer God Norman Polk, the most powerful creature inhabiting the woods and also the only one capable of outclassing both the fae and the daemons that have tried to lay claim to it, Norman is a very perplexing being in that he could easily spread his influence outside of the forest, but chooses not to. Instead he mostly keeps watch through his many “children” while laying dormant in slumber. He acts as a protector to those who need it, but also a brutal prosecutor to those who deserve such judgement.
