Hey random question: I'm trying to find a Clexa fic and I'm asking around hoping someone will recognize it. I know it's random so if you don't want to respond that's ok. If you want to help though: it involves Lexa as a child finding out that her father, Titus, is a serial killer and has a woman trapped in the shed on their property. She runs to the police and turns her father in. Lexa's family leaves the town. Eventually her mother takes her own life after the fact. When Lexa is an adult she's now a firefighter and owns a German Shepherd. She moves back to her old hometown and hires Bellamy to fix up an old house. Clarke is a doctor in the town and she and Lexa meet and fall in love. A copycat killer, working with Titus, is growing more dangerous behind the scenes of the story. I'm not sure if it's been deleted or not. I've tried searching AO3 with every search term I could think. If it's been deleted I'm hoping it got saved to the waybackmachine or something. If you or one of your followers can help that'd be great. Thanks for the help!

Clarke is just tired of Finn's incessant approaches. They are done, but it seems that message is not clear for the young man. Clarke wants nothing to do with him anymore, so the best solution? Tell him she's seeing someone new. But who? Clarke doesn't have anyone who can pretend to be her new love interest that could be believable and she knows that she can't keep lying once the charity gala comes.

That is until she meets the new lawyer her father hired. Desperate times call for desperate needs, right?

Clarke Griffin thought that loving Lexa in the light was going to be easy. She couldn’t have been more wrong. Once she concluded her studies, the young artist began to create her own path, yet success was far from reaching her. Clarke was frustrated, and most of all, she was envious of the attention her wife had garnered, whilst the madness that was being married to the popular writer was starting to get to her. Clarke couldn’t feel more alone.

Lexa Woods made a promise to love Clarke in the light, but as of lately, her promises were being broken one after the next. A life that she never asked for engulfed her, and now, as Alexandria Woods became the object of affection of millions of fans worldwide and professional responsibilities drowned her, Lexa felt lost in the dark.
