it’s bath time -- but not for lacey. instead, for her son, aziz. and she’s definitely a little wet from all the splashed water, though she’s not angry about it at all. her patience has surely grown, and she’s much more lenient with the boy than she expected to be two and a half years ago, when she was just pregnant with the boy her and salem were excited to call theirs. finishing up giving him a bath, she picked the small child up out of the bath and held him close to her as she started to dry him off. “do you like baths, aziz?” she asked him in a high pitched voice - the classic one everyone uses when talking to toddlers - and he responded to his mother with an excited “yes!”. after drying him off, lacey sat him down on the floor and turned around to get his clothes, but when she turned back around to put them on him, he was gone. “salem!” she called out, laughing as she exited the bathroom to see their bouncing baby boy running around with just his underwear on -- however, it was on his head. “salem, aziz is on the loose!” she laughed, chasing and playing with the boy as she followed his route through the place the three (soon to be four) of them called home.
