I appreciate all of my clients who book, re-book & book out appts for weeks, months, & many the whole year. I also appreciate all who confirm their appts via Vagaro! 
That being said; As of January 1, 2017, if you are cancelling or rescheduling an appt less than 48hrs ahead of your appt time, you will be assesed a $25 fee that will need to be paid before you are able to schedule again. In the case of a no show, you will be assesed a $35 fee which also will need to be paid before scheduling again. 
I completely understand that life happens & I try to be as accomodating & understanding as possible but I am, at the end of the day running a business!
