I am currently following the Sage Running aerobic base building plan. The plan is 9 weeks long and is all about developing a strong base to allow your body to perform better come racetime, or when you want it to. I am in the first week, and enjoying it a lot! Personally, I needed a reset. I was running 30-40 mile weeks and not really seeing any progress (mostly because I didn’t have much structure in my plan). Now I have that and am sticking to it. I also bought some new kicks to help and I must say they are awesome! The Hokas are so soft (this is not a paid ad)! My message is to simply find joy in what you do. Sometimes that involves a reset. Changing your perspective can help so much!
