Long time, no update! I am so sorry for not updating in a while. I honestly haven’t been busy, but this being my first “blog” I have been struggling to find the motivation to post. Nonetheless, I am back!!!!
I am now three weeks deep in the Sage Running Aerobic Base training program, and am slightly enjoying it. The plan is great, but I am too obsessed! I have, for some reason, become crazy about numbers. I am looking for a huge improvement in a short amount of time and finding that to be simply unrealistic. I am having to put in the miles, and be patient. I DONT DO WELL AT THAT! I am slowing doing it though. I have been seeing little improvements to both my weight, and HR, which are my overall goals. Just please send more patience my way to help me!
Also, I am signing up for a virtual challenge that is the distance across NY state. It is a race, and requires about an average of 22 miles a week. I highly encourage people to look it up!
