In her sixth year at Hogwarts, while slightly tipsy after a party, Lily kissed a girl. A few people know, but she refuses to tell anyone who it was. Including James. He has his theories though.

That was a good night. I'm glad you remember. You're better than plenty of the wizards I've kissed. That's saying something.
