Hi :) i think i've have asked this before, but how could i coordinate aatp's clockwork aristokitty skirt in blue. polyvore(.)com/untitled_77(/)set?id=124736868 is what i had planned so far, i was trying to create a sweet coord.
I'm not sure about the wrist cuffs in that color. Navy or ivory wrist cuffs would be a better choice. Maybe use clock themed jewelry and to really bring in the sweet look you could bring out the polkadots. Sweet shoes in navy and then you could bring the dots in with tights and other accessories like this cute bow.
Gosh you are adorable. I just had to say that. Okay, so - I just got AP's Clockwork Aristokitty JSK in black & white, but I'm buying it second hand so I have no matching socks option with it. Do you think Harlequin tights would be too much? Or ita? Or should I go with a different type of sock/tights? Thank you~
Thank you! :)I do think harlequin tights might be a bit overwhelming with it in the black and white. In the other colors I think it looks better because there’s less contrast than there is between the black and white. If you really like the idea of diamond tights you could possibly go with them in a different color. Maybe pick up on the hints of red in the print and do red diamonds or gray would look good too. If you really wanted to do the black and white, do socks instead of tights like the socks that are made for the dress. They have a black strip at the top and black and the bottom which helps break it up and make it less overwhelming. You could also just use other parts of the print for the print on your socks/tights like the clocks or roman numerals.(I would also just like to add for future reference that when referring to Alice and the Pirates it's better to use the acronym "AatP" rather than "AP" just because AP is Angelic Pretty and I don't want anyone to get confused.)
