Hi, I hope you are doing well :) I wanted to let you know that I just reread Burn (as well as Clockwork and JK) for the third time, and I've only become more obsessed with it! I have it downloaded as an epub so I can highlight and annotate it like I'm reading it for an English class or something. I've listened to the Clockwork playlist (perfection!) and have even made some of my own inspired by your stories. I think about Burn at least once a week; sometimes, I'll be going about my day and randomly remember something that happened, and I'll have to stop what I'm doing and reread a chapter. It's just so amazing! Thank you so much for creating Taylor, specifically. She is such a well-developed character; it's unreal. I relate to her immensely, and it's such a joy to read her thoughts and experience the world you've created through her perspective. At this point, she may as well be more real than me; you write her that well. In a response to a previous ask, you said you're afraid to come back to burn because you might not be good at writing it anymore, but I don't think you can write anything short of excellent. 🤍🤍
Hello, friend. Thank you so much for your heartfelt message. It truly means a lot to me.
I'm so flattered that you have thought about the Clockwork series so extensively, to the point where you have reread it multiple times and have even downloaded it with the purpose of annotating it.
I'm so happy knowing that you relate to Taylor so much as well. That's honestly one of my favorite compliments. I've said it many times before, but she feels so real to me, so alive. She will always be so precious to me, and it's a joy to know that she will remain that way for many of my readers, too.
Thank you so much for your sweet compliments. Thank you for reading. <3
