expecting parents pt 2
Someone had to draw them the happy times they deserve
Someone in the TRC Discord Server pointed out that Kuro actually takes off his breaking prosthetic arm during the FWR fight. I never noticed this or the fact that he accidentally breaks clone!Syaoran’s arm in acid Tokyo after throwing him across the room.
Tsubasa Chronicle Month - Day 3: Syaoran
It was hot in Hong Kong, a typical summer day. The dew had already dried from the grass in his parents’ garden. The sun heated Tsubasa’s crown of brown hair, and his sword weighed heavy in his hand.
It’s his childhood sword, not his father’s. His father was there, warm and smiling, as he taught Tsubasa how to balance and how to place his feet.
Syaoran is a gentle but firm teacher. Everyone said that the resemblance between them was uncanny, and that there should be a greater difference between father and son. But Tsubasa was a miniature version of his father, and he didn’t think it was strange.
A big, strong hand ruffled his hair, and Tsubasa laughed. He didn’t notice the brief sadness on Sayoran’s face, did not know what Syaoran knew.
They would be parted soon. But not yet.
so @feministflorist and i were talking about shara/shura arc and when sakura drank at the yukakaku, and we imagine sakura as a very flirty drunk when it comes to syaoran and thus this was born 😂

TCM Day 13: Characters with Disabilities
Sakura woke up on the floor of the Cat’s Eye with Syaoran’s worried face hovering above her. It took her a moment to realize that he was holding her so that her head and torso were up off the floor. She felt sluggish and disoriented, and she did not immediately remember what she had been doing when she fainted. When she did, she struggled to sit upright. “The scones-” she began.
“I took them out of the oven,” Syaoran said, tightening his grip so that she couldn’t get up. She didn’t have the strength to resist, and that frustrated her. “Princess, you should go lie down.”
