Their relationship did not start well; the general had very aggressive methodologies that apparently only benefited her and her padawan. Later on they came to understand each other and work together even though they still argued often, usually over trivial things (but which at that time apparently were not important to them).
He hated how she could read him, even while wearing a helmet that covered his entire face; she always knew what he was thinking, what his opinion was, how he felt... he didn't know if it comforted him or bothered him...Despite their altercations, one couldn't be without the other; they needed each other, even on missions outside their battalion. He never knew how to carry out orders from other generals; they always understood each other without words, and he found it strange, he simply didn't like it.
They developed a kind of relationship, a connection that neither of them ever mentioned aloud, but that they both felt: Rheyka because she was a Jedi and knew what that would entail, and Ocelot because he simply wasn't created for it; he didn't even know he could feel something like that for another person. They never said "I love you" because they both knew the other did, but neither had the stomach to express it. He never felt good enough for her...But she would have left the order if he had asked her to.
He was the first to fire during Order 66 and the last of his battalion to remain standing throughout the battle.
Good soldiers follow orders.
(IDK how to write in sorry…I just tried to make something to explain their relationship…)
