When it comes to WFTDA ranking calculations during the season, a close loss is just about as good as a win. So, logically it should feel just about the same, right? ...right? :.( WILL-WIFL 5: A Close Loss is Just As Good
Remedial Roller Derby: WFTDA rankings are based on your percentage of points-scored during the game, times you and your opponent's relative rank (so, a near-loss is as good as a win, and a worse-ranked opponent has more to gain).
