Gotham City was always bustling with the strange. From genocidal clowns, to walking talking crocodiles, to a man who robbed people with a kite. There was always an element of the strange in the city. Hell, it’s defenders were a family that dressed up like animals to beat the crap out of criminals.
But Ninjas? Those were always a special kind of odd. Especially given how these ones weren’t affiliated with the League Of Assassins.
