Did a 5.4 mile bike ride this evening. Took a picture of the sunset I was watching the entire ride. 🌅 I just noticed the sun dog in the photo along with the dolphin mailbox. 🐬 Decided to do something different tonight. Here are tonight’s exercises. I attempted a plank, but that didn’t work out well. My sprained ankle said not yet. I’ll try again next week.
