“There are no bargains between lions and men. I will kill you and eat you raw.”
Biography:
For she most part, Gi-Ju’s early life was fairly uneventful. He grew up during the Song Dynasty in what is now considered Imperial China. Born as Gi-Ju Yeon in a small village to his mother and father on May 2nd his family didn’t have much but they had it better than some. As a child he spent most of his days working along side his mother who ran the Inn where they lived. It wasn’t much, but it was something that his family could happily call their own.
Although the family was well liked by many they still faced their share of rivalry. Gi’s father was a tax collector and some of the people in their village felt that he was too eager to “steal their livelihood” when they failed to pay their debts. To make matters worse being so far away from the palace meant that they more often than not sought their entertainment from each other. Usually in the form of gossip. Gi-Ju being an only child was constant fodder for the rumor mill. Many people speculated that some curse had fallen upon the Yeon’s or that there had been some infidelity or other garishness. When really it was a combination of those.
Gi’s mother was a Kumiho, or a fox spirit, who had seduced the young boys father away from his former wife. The male was one of the unplanned results of their affair. His mother hadn’t wanted to have children to begin with, out of fear of passing down her curse to their daughter. They had fled their village and moved here to be away from all who knew about the affair and suspected the cause. But their safety was short lived.
Once word spread that Mrs. Yeon was a Kumiho the family knew their days were numbered. No one wanted to risk having her kind live in their community because even if she remained faithful to her husband the power she possessed could attract others like her. Shortly before the villiagers agreed to permanatly rid themselves of the Yeon’s, Gi-Ju and a number of other kids in their small village were swiped up in the middle of the night by a rouge wolf pack looking to increase their numbers.
Growing up surrounded by monsters had it advantages and challenges. For starters Gi developed a thick skin and knew how to fight, but he was also more morbid and darker than the normal children in the towns they traveled to so he and his new siblings stuck out like sore thumbs. Gi-Ju’s body is riddled with scars. A lot of them came from being punished by the pack leaders from disobeying orders. Gi-Ju didn’t fall in line like the other children had because he knew who his true family was and wanted to get back to his mother as soon as possible. That never happened and over time he knew her mother had passed.
Eventually when he grew old enough and the pack leaders believed that they could trust him they allowed Gi-Ju to leave the compound on a ‘recruitment’ run with some of the other boys. Gi-Ju purposely sabotaged the run, helping the kidnapped children escape before killing the men he had been sent with as a sign that he was leaving the pack for good. He would spend his next years on the run, having to fight whatever members crossed his path in an effort to save his life. In time he grew tired of running and decided to settle down.
He was caught again within the next few years and forced back into the pack she had fought so hard to be rid of. Stuck in Devil’s Crown again he was given the title of Omega as punishment for what he had done.
After spending around 200 years as the Omega the Alpha finay decided that the position should g to someone ele and released Gi-Ju from his servitude.
Personality:
Due to the way Gi-Ju was raised he’s very closed off and evasive. He’s more likely to tell you exactly what you want to hear in favor of how he truly feels, if only to get you to back off. He’s rather driven and head strong. Now that he’s a werewolf he’s use to always getting his way and isn’t afraid to break a few rules to do so. However, beneath the surface he's a bit different. He's againt the slave trade that happene within Devil's Crown and vowed to never contribute to it.

“Sometimes the wrong path can lead us to the right road.”
Biography:(This biography has the following triggers: sexual assault (rape), death, scarification, pedophilia and possible gore. Proceed with cation.)
Siobhan was not turned for her good looks. She wasn';t a part of some beautiful little love story; her life meant nothing to her master so he wouldn’t care to save her and she sure as hell wasn't turned because she begged for it. Siobhan was killed all because she had sisters.
As a child Siobahn was the exact opposite of what she is today; friendly, trusting, hopeful, and curious to name a few traits. She’d spend most days avoiding her sisters by exploring the abandoned houses near their home and napping in fields when she grew tired. She had a wild imagination so all the world was filled with friends for her to play with in place of her two twin sisters. Being a triplet was weird enough for Siobhan due to the fact that her sisters seemed to want nothing to do with her (twos company but threes a crowd you know?) and then with her parents constantly bickering (of course it mostly happened at night, when they assumed the girls were all sleeping but since Shiv spent most of her days either prancing about or napping she was typically wide awake at night) over what the simultaneous birth of their three daughters could mean and what should be done about it. Even at the young age of 6 she knew that she was the least loved out of the other two girls, at least when it came to her mother.
Shiv’s mother thought that the birth of three was clearly a bad omen and that their family was marked for death. Because of this she now wanted to give one of the girls away to a “better home”, although at first the thought of killing one was on her mind. The girls father believed that the birth of their daughters, no matter how surprising or ill-timed it may have been was a blessing in disguise and insisted on keeping all of the children. Unfortunately for him, his wife was entirely insistent upon getting her way and was willing to go to whatever lengths necessary to ease her fears.
Not much longer after that Shiv’s mother decided to put her plan into motion. She had heard word around town that there was a group of people that took in unwanted children… completely free of charge. She jumped at the chance to ease her own fears and be rid of one of her daughters but she couldn’t decide which, she couldn’t go by looks, they were triplets after all so she decided to go on behavior.
Watching the girls for months Mrs. Tanner began to notice something, two of the triplets got along very well behaving almost as if they were attached at the hip, while the other seemed to distance herself from them altogether. Knowing that Daphne and Veronica would do whatever she asked she enticed them into helping her get rid of their sister, even going as far as to tell them if they did it correctly they would never see her again. Once the plan was in motion all she had to do was wait and make sure she had the perfect story and emotion to go with pretending not to be involved in the girl's disappearance.
One spring day Daphne and Veronica saw Siobhan playing in the meadow and decided to join her. Shiv was so excited and confused about her sisters sudden desire to play with her she thought nothing of it. After all, who would think that two six year olds were capable of helping sell another into slavery. Just before dusk Daphne noticed a small cat running into one of the old houses that Shiv liked to play in and told the girl to go find it so they could bring it home. Off the three girls ran into the home one in search of a cat the others in search of cover.
Inside the run down building a man was hiding, waiting to capture the one he had been sent for, he had been told that his prize was a little girl, a triplet of all things and that her sisters would be with her when he found her so he needed to be careful to take the one that had been marked for him. “Look for a green ribbon,” Mrs. Tanner had told him. “She is the one that goes, only her.” But all the waiting had nearly ruined his chances when he saw the first set of girls and lunged from his spot early, startling them both because he was far too excited to wait any longer. At the sound of the screams Shiv came running through the house, only to land right in the arms of her captor who rushed her out of the house and into the woods, never too be seen by her family again.
Although nothing ever came of the search Mr. Tanner knew that his wife had to have had something to do with the disappearance and vowed to find out the truth one day. The relationship between him and his family eventually soured over the years until he broke, moving into their coach house rather than say in the home he now hated so much.
But long before that happened Shiv was sold by her captor to another man, one much darker and more dangerous than the other. Little did he or Siobhan know but her new “owner” wasn’t like them at all, he wasn’t human and hadn’t been for some years. She would spend the next twenty-four years as a slave, a human to be fed on by men who believed themselves to be gods because they never aged or died except for by sunlight, beheading or removal of their hearts. And a play thing to those that bayed at the moon. It wasn’t wasn’t until she was fifteen that Siobhan discovered that these men would use her for things other than her blood. The first one to use her like this was Elihas, a man of little control who had no patience for her screams for mercy and nearly killed her that first night.
Over the years she grew grateful for only a few things, the first being the sunlight that streamed through the windows of the cellar they were kept in, because it warmed her skin. She was also grateful for the small amounts of food they gave her, and for the fact that unlike them she would eventually die. But she was never grateful for the fact that she was still alive, she prayed everyday that she would die, either of her own accord or that one of those bastards would lose control and kill her. Nor was she grateful for the scars, hundreds of them, maybe thousands – she had lost count years ago – littered her body as freckles would, spelling out the hell she had been put through.
She hated her scars because they told her that she was tainted, ruined… marked by impossible beasts with angelic faces and never to be loved by anyone else. The one on the skin of her neck bothered her the most. It was the first one she had ever gotten, the one Elihas had given her when she was six and couldn’t handle being bitten. She hated it even more because she was always aware of it. Fingers ghosting absentmindedly along the inch wide gash in her pale flesh as she thought, tracing the expanse of it – feeling it curl toward her collarbone. She could feel Elihas’ tongue swirling around it, tasting his craftsmanship as it did every time they were together and it sickened her to think had she gotten the scar another way, had Elihas been some man she had met in a tavern or somewhere in town how weak in the knees the action would have made her. But none of those things had happened, and all the men here had added their own lines into her flesh in an effort not to be out done, not to be the only one that hadn’t claimed apart of her body with a knife like they had with their own flesh.
Months before she turned 28, Elihas decided to claim Shiv as his own personal slave, meaning that unless his permission was given none of the other men were allowed to touch her. Knowing that the number of men she had to satisfy had decreased from seven to one may have been her only happy moment since childhood. But that happiness was short lived because she knew what kind of man Elihas was and had learned to fear him long ago. Siobhan’s problems would eventually increase in the form of two women, Marina and Alana, who had been jockeying for the spot she had been given after Elihas’ last personal slave had died, took issue with the fact that they had been overlooked in favor of her. They decided that they needed to get Shiv out of the way so that they would be once again eligible to take her place.
As a personal slave she was allotted a few more privileges then the other women, like better meals and a more regular bath routine. Now that she was higher than the other women she essentially had to bathe herself and Elihas whenever he wanted on top of her normal duties, but she wasn’t allowed to leave the room within the house Elihas kept her in. So any amenities she needed, such has free towels or linen had to be brought in by others. The women decided to use her bath time as the perfect chance to kill her, but they wanted it to seem like she died naturally rather than nefariously so Maria placed a tainted rag borrowed from another slave within the towel selection Siobhan had asked for. Knowing that it would only be a matter of hours before she bathed with the tuberculosis riddled cloth the women rushed back to their cell to wait.
The illness hit Shiv’s fragile immune system hard and she grew almost deathly ill by the end of the following week. Surprisingly enough her sudden illness bothered Elihas, if only because he had never loss a slave of her caliber so soon given all he allowed her and took enough pity on her by giving her a little of his blood a day, just enough to ease her pain as he sought out more permanent options. Elihas was just another lowly wolf in their pack, not awarded any position that would allow him to turn the girl without first contacting his Alpha. So he hoped that giving her his blood would protect her until the Alpha gave him permision to turn her.
Unfortunatly for both Siobhan and Elihas the blood did little to save her and the Alpha refused to give his permission. As a result Elihas recended his claim over her and sent her back to he cells to die. When she awoke back in the cells next to the body of the women who’s illness had been used to infect her Siobhan was many things. First of all she was disgusted that she had been so quickly and carelessly discarded, secondly she was furious that in her eyes Elihas hadn’t tried to save her and had allowed her to be returned to such a place (after all she had done for him), and that those women – people she considered friends for years had tried to kill her. But she also felt things she had never dreamed of feeling. Suddenly everything about her was amplified, her sight, hearing, touch, strength – she discovered after tearing the cell door from it’s hinges – had all increased 100 fold.
But now she was hungry, and pissed off. She could hear the heartbeats of the women around her triple in fear as they saw her rise and walk through the cellar. Some even muttered prayers under their breath as she examined them. The moment her eyes landed on Marina and Alana something within Shiv snapped and she flew into a rage, breaking into the cell in order to quell her hunger and thirst for revenge, but it didn’t work. She wound up killing every single slave in the building before the guards could get to her, and they too entered the cellar only to die. The men she didn’t tear to pieces she killed simply because she could, for the first time in her life she felt powerful and she wasn’t going to let it go to waste.
By the time Elihas reached the cellar, Siobhan was gone.
Shiv would roam the earth for ten years, terrorizing anyone that crossed her path. But before long she grew bored and wanted something else to do so she returned home, not caring if Elihas was still out looking for her because if he really wanted to find her all he needed to do was follow the trail of bodies in her wake. Life in the Tanner home was far different than what she had left. By this time her parents were completely separated, her father even going as far as to move his mistress into his coach house with him and her sisters were married with families of their own.
After watching them carry on for months Siobhan decided to make her presence known, appearing to her father first out of loyalty. Needless to say the man was shocked, standing before him was a women that looked exactly like his daughters had ten years before but this one looked as if she wasn’t a day over twenty-eight. Finding out that this was his long lost Shivvy nearly made him have a heart attack, but once the shock left him he was overjoyed that she was still alive and had come back to him, he told her all about what had happened after she was taken, even that he suspected his wife had something to do with it but never her daughters as he had later learned from Shiv.
The information angered him, but what he would learn next sent him into tears. Siobhan told her father of all the things she experienced at Elihas’ home, even showed her father the brand that bore her old masters name that was so deep it was the only physical reminder of her time there other than what she now was. Her father’s mistress held him as he cried, apologizing for not being able to find her and save her from that. But Shiv knew how was really to blame for what had happened to her, and with her fathers permission she would do something about it. His only stimpulation was that his grandchildren survive. Although they were “properly horrid shits, like their mothers” Mr. Tanner wanted them to continue his lineage in case he and his mistress couldn’t since Siobhan was now barren. Something she was now grateful for given what she was.
Once her father and his mistress had gathered their belongs and left on their trip – an event that would alibi them for the murder of his current wife and two daughters who when discovered days later were vary hard to identify by the peaces left.
Personality:
Private, rarely talks about their feelings. Can be insensitive to the hardships of others. A planner. Well-organized and hard-working. A perfectionist. Logical and analytical. Not adventurous or spontaneous. Realistic. Would rather be friendless than jobless. Holds people to high standards and does not accept apologies easily. She’s also more antagonizing towards male figures as well.
Appearance:
One of Siobhan’s most notable cars is the one that runs along the right side of her neck, starting just below her ear, and curves down in between her shoulder blade. Four long, thick, claw-like gashes sit there, forever marking the moment she was destined to become a werewolf. She has a few others, many of which she can’t remember getting. But the one between her shoulders is the one she struggled the most to come to grips with. She use to hate it, even in summer months she’d wear turtleneck sweaters and refuse to go swimming. All because of this one collection of scars, and what they meant to her.
Desired Relationships:
William Khrisner - BETA; Will is the only man outside of her now dead father that Siobhan trusts. They met when Shiv first wandered into Devil's Crown and it wasn't long before the then Omega won her friendship. Although it happened much sooner than either of them thought they weren't all that surprised. It was with his help that Siobhan over threw the pack leaders of that time and crowned herself Alpha. Out of loyalty to her friend she made him her Beta and the two set about changing the way the town ran. It' been a little over five hundred years.
Elihas - SIRE; Rumor has it that Elihas is still alive and searching searching for Siobhan.
