Size inclusivity is rapidly dying but one area that remains the same is shoes, because it never reached there. There are like three places that carry a women’s size 12. Most only carry up to a 10 or 11. I can’t imagine what it’s like for people with even bigger feet. At least with pants you might be able to make do with a smaller size if it’s a baggy style. There aren’t baggy shoes.
