Mud, mud, glorious mud! This is canvas mud cloth from @clothhouse a fabulous fabric for spring outerwear. Mud dyeing is a fascinating process. The base fabric is soaked in a natural mordant made from plant seeds which helps fix the dye to the fabric. The mud is then applied.
