Affogato brushing Cortado's hair as a child because it was always so tangled. He insisted the boy kept his hair up instead of letting it down.. He always had this odd way of making sure his hair was perfect. After all, he aruges that hair is the first step to a presentable apperance.
Out of habit, Cortado began trying to make sure it stayed as his father liked it, but ever since he moved to the republic, and the more he looked at the consul.. the more he seems to notice that the side part he wore looked strangely familiar to his own.
