I’ve been so cluttered lately here, so now I decided to have this account just for FFXIV stuff since I haven’t been playing Sky Children of the light as much lately due to me playing ffxiv more again. I’m shook my sky stuff was more interesting than my ffxiv stuff here, but I think it’s been more fitting lately since I’ve been active again on ffxiv and also starting on a new alt. So I hope to post more here :3

(I’ll keep the sky posts and reblogs. It’ll remind me the ‘cloud’ in cloudsmallow is still in my heart :3 cloud9, I’m sure won’t mind…I’ll probably do Sky related posts or reblogs through my main blog since that place is already mixed media LOLLL so dw, cloud9 will still live, just not here :> )

#cloud babbles #bittersweet moment of the almost 5am thinkings FFGHFF #I recently picked sky back up so I can cr again but hhhhhh it’s boring cause I play alone majority of the time I there #same goes for ffxiv but I find my ways to be kind of social with strangers LOLLL #that and you’re like stuck playing with others on ffxiv so I keep myself busy #sky…I can walk up to other players but some don’t light my candle HGFGGFF :(#not like I could talk to them anyway since I’d have to spend candles to friend people just to talk to them RIP #ahhh the struggles of being a lonely worm in a cup with no other worms to hang out with in anything I play u-u

Favorite Character: This is kinda hard to answer... my favorite character is Altair but only my version of Altair. Canonverse Altair did some really fucking weird shit in Revelations and his whole backstory/future beyond AC1 just doesn’t sit with me. I think Cloud Strife has been a character I adored since FF7 came out simple because he’s weak, self-loathing nerd who wants to be cool and eventually gives up and finds comfort in himself the way he is. I relate a lot to him and have been psychoanalyzing him since I was literally 15.

Favorite Gameplay: Prince of Persia, Assassin’s Creed 1 and 2. I fucking love really fast-paced parkour. I find something incredibly exciting about it and some of the Dahaka chase sequences in Prince of Persia: Warrior Within are so fucking awesome and it is SO INCREDIBLY satisfying to parkour away from enemies and use your surroundings in new and interesting ways.

Most Emotional Scene: I have to go with Last of Us on this one. The whole game is an emotional roller coaster but I literally shed tears when Ellie is stabbing that creepy commune guy in the face after he tries to rape/molest/murder her. When Joel pulls her back and she freaks out I just kind of lost my shit because that asshole is so freakishly tender in that moment and both of them have a festering vulnerability right then. His use of the endearment ‘baby girl’ is heartbreaking.

Best Story: This is like asking me to choose between my children (๑´╹‸╹`๑)

I’ve gotta go with FF7, Mass Effect (especially 2), Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne... and possibly Dragon Age Origins mostly because it has fantastic writing that makes up for a slightly unambitious story.
