cloud goddess named sharate ? sh name six braids white hair she weaves the clouds out of her hair, the wispy clouds are the strands she misses

myth: once someone shot one of her clouds with arrow (idky) and then the part of the cloud turned into a bird and fell into the sea the birds blood turned the sea red everyone freaked out bird washes ashore some guyy finds bird tries to sacrifice bird to goddess bird is red now coz the blood stained it btw bird is mad bird kills guy and goes to fight goddess but goddess can't bear to hurt one of her children (birds are her children. or maybe just white birds or something) and so doesn't fight back, the bird wounds her and she bleeds and her blood is orange because the bird took all the red blood and it turns the sky orange and then the bird feels bad and leaves to its nest (a random ass volcano or something) but as it stays there it gets angrier and fights her again. when the sky is red its bc she manages to wound it also she stops weaving in preparation for the fight so that's why there are less clouds in the evenings/mornings and that's why the sky changes colour

June 17th Daily Drawing: The Widow of the Rain

I chose to remove her face, I think the emptiness of it is interesting and makes for a better "Widow"

In the final version, it'll likely be dark, but since I was just sketching for the day, I chose to leave it rather light and fluffy looking
