The goes wrong show episode idea

starts off only moderately chaotic. Small mistakes but nothing too major, alot of the mistakes cancel each other out like someone accidentally catching something thats accidentally thrown at them. Towards the end everyone has this confidence and actual hope like "wait holy shit, this might end not so terribly" and they continue until this sort of domino chain of things set up from the entire episode finally starts to inevitably have everything crashing down and you can see the despair in everyones eyes like "oh no. Its happening again."
