All the people I ship romantically with this character: erwin and levi and sometimes nanaba

My non-romantic OTP for this character: hanji and mike being bros is the best thing... also i rly like the idea of mike being used as a jungle gym for the tinier members of the survey corps like armin and petra before she... y know.. went splat

My unpopular opinion about this character: he’s not actually dead. nope the ape titan let him go and he’s living happily on a farm far away from that awful place with a pack of golden retrievers. also he bottoms sometimes

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon: he and erwin and levi did the bangity bang and mike showed them why he was humanity’s strongest before levi came along

I don’t want to do a passage from anything Kasey and I are cowriting, so have a passage from (a super rough and unedited) Chapter 9 of Agnus Diaboli:

Erwin looked at Levi, watching him and his reactions carefully, but the little witch did not scold Nanaba, and he only met Erwin’s eyes briefly before he himself went to Auruo’s side. As superficially invested as Erwin was with the health of the man he had just met, he was far more interested in how his prime person of interest handled the current delicate situation.

Levi crouched casually by Auruo’s side. He studied him silently with a bored expression for a time, then slid his hand into his pocket. “Tell me,” he finally said in a low, conversational tone, “how long do you intend to hide out in that body?”

Auruo’s eyes focused, snapped to Levi and he stared at him with a wild expression. His lips split in a terrible grimace and he shifted as he spoke, his voice lower and raspier, as though it were one that growled and snarled simply by its nature. “Until I see you to Hell!” Arms outstretched, he lunged at Levi, his fingers wrapping around the small neck.
