Ok wallace I know that this doesn't seem helpful but try to take deep breaths, I know it's difficult but try to. If you need to punch something punch something soft like a pillow. Don't punch the wall, yourself, or any hard thing. Try to do things that relax you. Maybe listen to some music? I know I'm not helpful but please try to breathe and don't hurt yourself
