Just gonna reupload her alone to my pony blog for discussion sake.

THIS IS BLUE MOON, she is very pretty. She has a mom bat pony and a dad unicorn? My vague idea for her parents. I think she probably has a twin brother or even older sibling - undecided.

I was really just super craving one of those old school ponies that had the beautiful sleeve like cutie marks/patterns on their back legs and bodies. So I decided to try designing one myself! She came out darker than I intended but I love it too much to change her now.

I’m still not set in stone over exactly who she is. I typically do need more celebrity ponies so I’m guessing maybe I’ll have her be a model? I am tempted to make her a popstar for Poppy and Tang to fawn over though. lol Maybe she has her own private villa in Cloverly? I’m not entirely sure yet. I know I just don’t want to go the too-easy gardening route with her. I think I def want to work on her talent being gorgeous and helping bring out that inner beauty in other ponies she works with as well. Hm hm.

Test drawing some of my adopted ponies~ This one I was really excited to get my hands on because she was just so simply perfect in my head. I’m so glad she transitioned well to my style too, I even gave her lil ears feathered tuffs!

I have a good idea we’ll match Briar here up with Blue Moon’s crew, these two can be bestie model friends who started in the biz together. Gosh I’d kill to see pinups of these two together! Notes for AJ....

has anyone else like noticed Mocha Delight apparently has a very specific taste in stallions and I find that hilarious I never noticed until right now. I just had to draw her being confronted by the idea.

Are there any unique water creatures besides the merponies near cloverly that might entice my research vessel with Sea Musing to visit?

I def know I want some sort of undersea culture and fantasies just for Trinket’s sake. So far I only have 2 vague sea-themed concepts. Merponies (super fairy/elf looking mermaid ponies with a pinch of creepy dolphin) and Hippocampus / Hippocampi which I haven’t drawn much of either. But if you need image ideas these would be my go-to refs.

Merponies / Mermaid Ponies (Sea Elves?)

Hippocampi / More Seal, Sea-lion, Walrus... Warrior/battle culture. Nomadic.

There will be a ton of info on this later one once I sit down and set my mind to researching more of the coral kingdom and how whales move... Just sounds like fun. <3

Ideally I do want there to be more fascinating either like.. gems? Minerals? Wildlife? to answer this question. But the only two feral-ish critters I plan to bring to cloverly at this time are domesticated cockatrice and natural/wild jackalope that have herds of bunnies and in my head are savages like watership down.... swoons....

GIVE ME TIME THO I WILL MAKE SOMETHING PROMISING! If anything the cultures and scary tales of either merpony race would be rad imo. I’d read it. I guess that’s why I’m writing it though...ahem.

you know how when you’re super messed up your body is super limp and almost noodle like. You’re melting against your partner? Those are smitty’s favorites. Her regular stoner partner is Sleepy Star. Star just listens to smitty’s incoherent babbling about stories come and past and other stuff she wants to do. Sort of like a drunk toddler... Luckily Star finds it entirely endearing and is more than happy to babysit a drunk/stoned smitty.

I got a cute question that someone was curious if Smitty would still be cuddly or physically affectionate to the same sexes. I really really think so. She’s extremely open and friendly. I just don’t think she’s ever even thought of trying her dallies with a mare is all. It’ll be super cute in my head cause I now slightly think Sleepy Star has the softest crush on smitty. <3

Whenever smitty is pouting and mad about whatever boy crush she has she goes and melts all over her girlfriends like Sleepy Star. She gets all stubborn and huffy about “no boys allowed” and keeping phones off. She just wants 100% affectionate girl time to recover from her hurt feelings. I’m sure sober smitty might be a little embarrassed - but no one has told her yet what she’s like. She just wakes up in a sleepy haze completely fuzzy on the night before.

@peskypooch OH ABSOLUTELY. You can use your pillowings literally anywhere/anyhow honestly. Just have fun, make up your own stories, fictions, put them in AU’s and go to town.

I’m personally going to be putting them in like... everything I know and love. lmao I have a Pony character in the works who designs pillowings in Cloverly. They for sure will be a canon thing in my AU I think cause it just too much fun for me to imagine them together. <3

So yes, I totally encourage you all who own pillowings to draw them with your ponies or ANY other characters you want!

Citrus Tang, Poppy, & Mocha Delight

Nothing too much. Mostly anything I’ve been picturing of those two has been snuggle this, cuddle that, snoozing together pones.

Now I have settled a little bit more that they both will live with Mocha but Mocha only has like 3 bedrooms and one is a office so the girls have to room together which is pretty stressful on everyone (except poppy???). So my immediate goal is just honestly doodle silly slice-of-life things of the Mocha household and them all adjusting to having ponies around and learn how to support each other. <3
