I took a page from the notebook by @cynthiabringle and threw pots on my birthday. Not twenty pound bowls but just a board of tea bowls. Throwing on the wheel has become so part of me that when I recently broke a finger and couldn’t throw pots, I felt off balance. I worked on hand building instead, but if feels good to be working on the wheel again. Tomorrow night in Cloverdale at Winter Festival next to @plankcoffee Fresh pots from the kiln. All proceeds from cups will be donated to @cerfplus a great organization for studio artists impacted by life events, like the recent fires here in NorCal.
