Wanda woke up in her bed alone, reaching across the mattress for her husband and finding nothing but empty sheets. She rubbed her eyes and got out of bed as quickly as she could whilst five months pregnant, throwing her slippers on and beginning out of the bedroom. After peeking in on their sons to check they were still sleeping, she began into the living room where she found her husband wide awake. “Hey, baby.” She told him, expecting Clint to react or respond as she turned on the kettle but getting nothing. Wanda turned to see why Clint hasn’t reacted and realised quickly, beginning over and tapping her other half on the shoulder. Once he was looking at her, she began to sign. ‘Hey baby, why are you up so early?’ She asked with a comforting smile.
