This Man was the first brother I met at @theculinaryinstituteofamerica He showed me the ropes and introduced me to seafood in Fish Kitchen as he was the Fellow (Sous Chef) who the Chef instructor valued and confided in to teach new incoming students different fish filleting techniques and cooking applications. Together we formed the Culinary Market Brothers (CMB) and have been tight ever since. I’m so proud to see my brother owning and operating his Restaurant @essiesrestaurantpk I mean I just watched this Guy cook and put out a 20 top Dolo 😳 Yeah the CIA bred some real life Culinary Monsters and I’m honored to be standing next to one.
