The Guardian at Tiff 2017: cast and crew of Call Me by Your Name
One of the earlier interviews for the movie. I love the conversation at 35:35 because Timothée talks about making the fireplace scene. I think the song embodies the book’s emotions perfectly, like Timothée said, which is why I found it perfect that he actually was listening to the song as he filmed it. It can honestly make anyone easily, but Timothée captured Elio’s thoughts through expressions so beautifully.
