So we move in and a fuse blows in the kitchen, send in a maintenance request and two guys come fix it. Couple days later the lights in my bathroom don’t work all day, my fridge stops working and I lose $400 worth of groceries because it takes three days for them to get back to my about my fridge not working. It turns out when they were last in the electrician forgot to reattach my fuse box/circuit breaker so electricity was arching in the walls and that was the sounds i was hearing. A fire could have started from this and all they offer us was $200 off our next rent and they have never actually fixed the issue. Yesterday I find out they want the raise our rent because they over spent! As if that’s my problem in the slightest! This is one of the worst properties i have EVER lived in. Minimum wage is $8.80 where I work and live
