During our #Covid-19 pandemic, we are acutely aware of our community’s need for well-trained nurses, emergency medical technicians, and first responders. CMC is proud of our students, many of which are now, and will be, doing clinical rotations through local facilities like Hi-Desert Medical Center, Morongo Basin Healthcare District, Desert Oasis Healthcare Group, Morongo Basin Ambulance, San Bernardino County Fire Department, Desert Regional Medical Center, JFK Memorial Hospital, Telecare Riverside County Crisis Stabilization Unit and the Robert E. Busch Naval Hospital as well as our alumni who bravely serve our family and friends in the Morongo Basin and beyond. CMC’s RN program is s designed to prepare graduates to practice as a Beginning Nurse Generalist. Every year approximately 28 students become Registered Nurses.
