spencer reid as a teen
graduating high school at thirteen, spencer faced bullies, and cruel childhood nature. he knew some would grow out of it, but others brutality would grow; he vowed to himself to never be as cruel as his peers. drugs, something that would plague his life later on unbeknownst to him. dilaudid wasn’t his first drug experience. after seeing his mother smoke cigarettes for years, he decided to try them. he didn’t like the bitter smoke, but enjoyed the calmness it brought him. chocolate milk.. it didn’t matter if it was cheap, expensive, or in a cardboard box spencer reid loved it. he’d often smoke while drinking it to combat the cigarette's bitterness. once he entered college, he was doing well: studying, getting good grades, and multiple degrees. however, his social skills never really kicked in. he could only count the number of friends he had on one hand, despite being lonely. it was enough for him. he wasn’t exactly where he wanted to be yet, but he was content.
“cigarettes and chocolate milk,
these are just a couple of my cravings.
everything it seems i like's a little bit stronger,
a little bit thicker, a little bit harmful for me.”
