Yaklaşık 3 senedir Kalp ve Zihin eğitimleri yapıyor, şimdilerde atalardan mirası olan tasavvuf kültürünü Budist psikoloji ile harmanlayarak iki aşamalı bir eğitim sunuyor: “Muhabbetin Bilimi ve Muhabbetin Adabı”. ‘Maksat Birlikte Mevcudiyet’ çemberlerinde dostlarla kavuşuyor. Sessizlik ve Meditasyon inzivaları düzenliyor, kainata ve içinde yaşayan sakinlerine karşı sorumluluk bilincini yeşertmek için uygulamanın devamlılığına, derin dinlemenin, sabrı ve şükrü dilden, gönülden eksik etmemenin kıymetine işaret ediyor. Stanford Üniversitesi’nde Şefkat üzerine uzun dönem bir eğitimin içerisinde - İslam Tasavvufu ve Şefkat konulu projesini dünya insanıyla kavuşturmak için sabırla, sevgiyle gün sayıyor.

Release is a critical part of growth, healing and transformation. We can release each other from our claims. We can be the means of each others’ deliverance. It’s what gives the words “I release you” their power.
As we get ready to hear from Doug Ammar of the Georgia Justice Project on Aug. 27, consider reflecting on August's theme by asking yourself: What happens when we let go of emotions, expectations, habits, relationships or thoughts that no longer serve us?
