Yesterday was a successful interval set with the 20kg! 1min on 1min off for 10min total at a consistent 10rpm! This is the very last minute of the entire set, ending on the left arm.

This blog turned three years old yesterday! I can hardly believe how much progress I have made with my health and as an athlete in that time as well as with my business. Thank you for reading!
Week two of my six week mission to get STRONG for my Candidate Master of Sport attempt in Kettlebell Sport - which will happen in August - ended with a rep PR on my deadlift. 160lbs for 5 reps!
This is my 9min continuous long cycle set from Saturday with 18kg. Steady 8rpm pace and a front view to mix things up! I'm just really really grateful that this set happened...and I am excited to keep training for CMS!
Training is going well with 20kg! I failed on the last rep but am grateful to be going at CMS pace even for a short time! This is the right hand...
Yesterday's training set with the 20kg kettlebell went well! This is 2min each arm, 15reps each arm. I am pleased that it didn't feel too tiring and my forearms were okay! Progress...
Even though I didn't make it through a full ten minute set as intended, I am very happy with my result with the 18kg kettlebell in 8 minutes. Except for the 4th minute on the right arm, I was able to maintain a consistent 8rpm pace. It wasn't too long ago that I was experiencing debilitating pain in my forearms when lifting this kettlebell for only a few minutes. I know that my supplementary strength training is making a difference and the tweaking of my technique that I have been doing with Coach Rudnev over the past year or so has made a massive impact. Now I just stay the course and keep training!
Here is the left arm from yesterday. I made all 20 reps in 2min and 30sec on this arm.
And here is the left arm from Saturday...I completed all 13 reps in each set on this side!
